Welcome to Midlands Behavior Therapy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in coaching services, participating in programs, or communicating with us electronically, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Midlands Behavior Therapy provides coaching, consulting, educational content, and personal development services primarily within the United States of America.
Our services may include:
Individual coaching
Group coaching
Educational courses
Consulting services
Digital resources
SMS appointment reminders and communication
3. NO THERAPY OR MEDICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, coaching and consulting services provided through Midlands Behavior Therapy are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis services.
Coaching services are designed for educational, informational, personal growth, and goal-oriented purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health disorder or medical condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact 911 or a licensed emergency provider immediately.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily participating in coaching or consulting services.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Results are not guaranteed.
Personal transformation requires active participation and effort.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Clients are responsible for providing at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Missed appointments without sufficient notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Company.
7. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Midlands Behavior Therapy related to:
Appointment reminders
Meeting notifications
Scheduling updates
Service-related communications
Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Midlands Behavior Therapy, LLC.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, documents, videos, worksheets, branding, logos, graphics, and educational materials provided by Midlands Behavior Therapy are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect client privacy and maintain reasonable safeguards regarding information shared during coaching sessions.
However, coaching services are not protected under therapist-client privilege unless otherwise established through a separate clinical treatment agreement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midlands Behavior Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in our services.
Participation in coaching services is voluntary and at your own risk.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States of America.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
14. Age Restriction
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services, participate in our coaching programs, or subscribe to SMS communications.
15. Privacy Policy Reference
