FAITH-CENTERED TRAUMA COACHING

You Don't Have to Stay Stuck in Survival Mode.

You've done your best to keep moving forward, but old patterns, difficult experiences, and emotional exhaustion continue to affect your relationships, confidence, and peace.

Coaching is designed for people who are ready to move beyond understanding their past and begin intentionally building a healthier future. Together we'll develop practical tools, strengthen emotional resilience, and create lasting change grounded in both sound clinical principles and biblical truth.

MOVING FORWARD WITH PURPOSE

Healing Is the Beginning. Growth Is the Journey.

Many people reach a point where they understand their story but aren't sure how to create lasting change. Coaching bridges that gap. Through practical strategies, intentional accountability, and faith-centered encouragement, we'll focus on developing new patterns, strengthening emotional resilience, and building a life that reflects your values, purpose, and God-given potential.

Therapy often helps people understand and heal from emotional wounds.

Coaching helps people apply practical strategies, build new habits, and intentionally move toward the life they want to create.

Many people benefit from both at different stages of their journey.

IS COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?

Coaching May Be Right for You If...

If any of these sound familiar, you are not alone. Many people begin therapy because they recognize these patterns long before they understand where they come from.

You've done counseling before but still feel stuck.

You want practical tools, not just insight.

You're ready to intentionally grow emotionally and spiritually.

You want accountability while building a healthier future.

IS COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?

Coaching May Not Be the Best Fit If...

Clinical Mental Health Care Is Needed

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need clinical care, therapy is the more appropriate place to begin.

You're Looking for Someone to Do the Work for You

Coaching is collaborative. Lasting growth comes through your willingness to practice, reflect, and apply what you learn between sessions.

You're Not Ready for Change

Growth requires honesty, commitment, and action. If you're not yet ready to actively engage in the process, it may be better to wait until the timing is right.

If you're unsure whether therapy or coaching is the best fit, I'd be happy to help you determine the next step that's right for you.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

What You May Be Wondering

Beginning therapy is an important decision. Here are answers to some of the questions people ask most often before scheduling their first appointment.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Both therapy and coaching are valuable, but they serve different purposes.

Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional. It focuses on assessing, treating, and helping individuals heal from mental health conditions, trauma, emotional distress, and other psychological concerns. Therapy often explores how past experiences continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life.

Coaching is future-focused and designed for individuals who are emotionally stable and ready to intentionally grow. Rather than treating mental health conditions, coaching helps you clarify goals, build healthier habits, strengthen emotional resilience, and take practical steps toward the life you want to create.

If you're unsure which approach is the best fit, I'd be happy to help you determine the next step that's right for you.

Is coaching faith-based?

Yes. The Anchored Soul Method™ is built upon a Christian worldview and integrates biblical truth with practical coaching strategies and trauma-informed principles. Throughout the program, we'll explore how faith, identity, emotional resilience, and intentional growth work together to support lasting transformation.

While the program is unapologetically Christ-centered, everyone is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. If you're exploring faith or simply curious about the coaching process, you're welcome to reach out with any questions before getting started.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

No. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. While my Christian faith shapes who I am and influences my perspective, I respect each person's values and will never pressure you to discuss or adopt my beliefs. Therapy is centered on your goals, your needs, and your well-being. If you would like to incorporate faith into our work together, I am happy to do so. If you prefer a purely clinical approach, that will always be respected.

Is coaching virtual?

Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually through a secure video platform, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most comfortable. Virtual coaching provides flexibility, eliminates travel time, and allows us to connect consistently no matter where you live.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

Unlike therapy, coaching is not limited by state licensure requirements, allowing me to work with clients in many locations. (Subject to any applicable laws or regulations.)

How long is the coaching program?

The Anchored Soul Method™ is an eight-module coaching program designed to be completed over approximately eight weeks, with one module introduced each week. This pace allows you time to reflect, practice new skills, and begin applying what you're learning between sessions.

Personal growth is not a race, and everyone progresses differently. While many clients complete the program in about two months, you'll be encouraged to move at a pace that supports meaningful and lasting transformation.

How do I get started?

The first step is simply reaching out. Schedule a Coaching Discovery Call, and we'll spend time discussing where you are, where you want to go, and whether The Anchored Soul Method™ is the right next step for your journey.

If coaching is a good fit, I'll guide you through the enrollment process and provide everything you need to begin with confidence.
